4 oz uncooked whole wheat pasta, corkscrew shape .
4 oz uncooked whole wheat pasta, macaroni shaped .
1 medium green pepper, sliced .
10 medium black olives, pitted & sliced .
1 medium summer squash, halved & sliced .
1/4 tsp pepper .
1/4 c fresh lemon juice .
1 tsp dried oregano .
3/4 c grape tomatoes, halved .
1 medium zucchini, halved & sliced .
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Step #1 Cook pasta according to package directions, drain.
Step #2 Rinse pasta with cold water, drain again & set aside.
Step #3 Meanwhile, salt, oregano, msutard, lemon juice, prepare salad dressing by mixing together oil, black pepper & garlic in small bowl & setting aside.
Step #4 In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta with vegetables, pour in dressing & toss thoroughly to coat.
