Rummed Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • Topping .
  • 3 lbs sweet potatoes .
  • 3/4 c sugar .
  • 1/3 c rum .
  • 2 eggs, beaten .
  • 1/4 c butter .
  • 1 c pecans, finely sliced .
  • 1/2 c butter .
  • Casserole

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°F Boil Sweet Potatoes in salted water until tender.
  • Step #2 Mash well & add butter, sugar, rum, & eggs.
  • Step #3 Place in greased casserole dish.
  • Step #4 Mix topping ingredients together & spread on top.
  • Step #5 Bake at 350F for 20-30 mins.
