Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Ingredients
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk .
  • 1/8 tsp salt .
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips .
  • 1 1/2 tsps vanilla

Directions
  • Step #1 In a medium saucepan, melt the chocolate chips & sweetened condensed milk over med-heat/flame, stirring constantly until the mixture is homogeneous & lump-free.
  • Step #2 Turn off the heat.
  • Step #3 Add the vanilla & salt & stir until they, too, are fully incorporated.
  • Step #4 Pour the mixture into an 8" by 8" baking pan lined with waxed paper & smooth the mixture so it is evenly distributed across the pan.
  • Step #5 Cover up the pan with aluminum foil wrap & put in the fridge the fudge for two to three hrs, or until firm.
  • Step #6 Using a sharp, serrated knife, slice the fudge into 49 pieces, then pull it from the wazed paper.
