Step #1 Mix bittersweet baking chocolate & condensed milk until well mixed.
Step #2 Pour into Oreo crust.
Step #3 Sprinkle top with peanuts.
Step #4 Pour milk into large bowl.
Step #5 Add dry pudding mixes.
Step #6 Beat with wire whisk 2 mins or until well mixed.
Step #7 (Mixture will be thick.
Step #8 ).
Step #9 Spoon 1 1/2 c of the pudding over peanuts in the crust.
Step #10 Add half of the whipped topping to remaining pudding; stir with wire whisk until well mixed.
Step #11 Spread over pudding layer in crust.
Step #12 Top with the remaining whipped topping.
Step #13 Refrigerate 3 hrs.
Step #14 Store leftover pie in the refrigerator.
Step #15 **Cook time does not include the 3 hr refrigeration time.
