6-8 oz caramel sauce, in the ice cream supply area of supermarket (I use smucker's) .
12 oz wedge brie cheese (remove outer layer) .
1 c pecans, sliced
Directions
Step #1 trim brie cheese of the outer layer.
Step #2 Place on plate.
Step #3 Pour caramel sauce over top.
Step #4 Sprinkle top with sliced pecans.
Step #5 (Note: quantities are approximate -- this is foolproof -- pour/drizzle sauce & pecans on to your like)
Serve room temperature with crackers,apple slices or anything you like.
