Step #10 Beat cream cheese, margarine & vanilla in another large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until smooth, scraping down side of bowl every once in awhile.
Step #11 Gradually add powdered sugar.
Step #12 Beat with electric mixer at lowish speed until well mixed, scraping down side of bowl every once in awhile.
