Crab Stuffed Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 tsp cajun seasoning .
  • 2 lemons, juice of .
  • 1/2 c heavy cream .
  • 1/8 tsp paprika .
  • 1/2 c parmesan cheese .
  • 1 lb large shrimp, cleaned & deveined .
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper .
  • 2 shallots, sliced .
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes .
  • Ingredients .
  • 1/4 c white wine .
  • 1/2 tsp garlic, minced .
  • 1 lb lump crabmeat .
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large saucepan, saute shallots t in olive oil.
  • Step #2 Add wine & cook over low heat/flame for 2 mins.
  • Step #3 Add heavy cream, Cajun Creole Spice uping, minced garlic, lemon pepper, paprika, parsley flakes & cayenne pepper.
  • Step #4 Cook on low heat for 3 mins.
  • Step #5 Remove from heat & fold in parmesan cheese.
  • Step #6 Fold in lump crabmeat.
  • Step #7 Let crabmeat mixture chill for 1 hr.
  • Step #8 Butterfly shrimp.
  • Step #9 Place on lined baking sheet.
  • Step #10 Place 1 tsp of crabmeat mix on each shrimp.
  • Step #11 Fan tail over mix.
  • Step #12 Bake at 400F degree oven for 4 mins.
