Creamy Blueberry Gelatin Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened .
  • Topping .
  • 1/2 c sliced walnuts .
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract .
  • 2 c boiling water .
  • 1 (20 oz) can unsweetened crushed canned pineapple, undrained .
  • 2 (3 oz) packages grape flavor gelatin .
  • 1/2 c sugar .
  • 1 (21 oz) can blueberry pie filling .
  • 1 c sour cream

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  • Step #2 Cool for 10 mins.
  • Step #3 Stir in pie filling & pineapple until mixed.
  • Step #4 Transfer to a 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish.
  • Step #5 Cover up & put in the fridge until partially set, about 1 hr.
  • Step #6 For topping, sour cream, in a small mixing bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar & vanilla.
  • Step #7 Carefully spread over gelatin; sprinkle with walnuts.
  • Step #8 Cover up & put in the fridge until firm.
