Step #1 Beat the eggs loose with the milk, salt, flour, parsley & black pepper.
Step #2 Heat up a tbsp of olive oil & pour in 1/6th of the egg mix.
Step #3 Make it look like a thin pancake.
Step #4 When the fluid turnes pancake like, the top part will be 'pretty' (with parsley etc) & the bottom will be pancake like.
Step #5 Quickly turn it over, letting the 'pretty side' heat up for 10 seconds, then put it on a plate.
Step #6 Do this with all the mix, you will have 6 eggy pancakes.
Step #7 Let them cool off.
Step #8 When they are cool, put a tbsp of cream cheese on each pancake(or more if you prefer) on the ugly pancake side, spread it perfectly & roll it up really tight.
Step #9 Do this with each.
Step #10 Put some transparant foil wrap around them (tight!) & put in the refrigirator for 1 hr (or longer, until you serve).
Step #11 Take it out of the fridge & take away the foil wrap.
Step #12 Now you have these long sausages.
Step #13 Cut each one in 5 pieces & put a little stick in each (so they won't roll open).
Step #14 They are done.
Step #15 Great party snacks to serve, they look really pretty.
Step #16 You could fill them with whatever you want.
Step #17 As long as it's nothing heavy, these things are really thin & delicate.
