Step #1 Preheat the oven to 300°F.
Step #2 Grease a 9" spring-form pan.
Step #3 Beat the eggs loosely & set aside.
Step #4 Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave, on high, for 1-2 mins.
Step #5 Stir in the butter.
Step #6 Microwave for a few moments more until everything is nicely melted.
Step #7 Mix well.
Step #8 Wash the orange & grate the peel into the melted chocolate mixture.
Step #9 Let cool.
Step #10 Stir in the eggs & sugar.
Step #11 Spread the mixture into the spring-form.
Step #12 Bake for 25 mins.
Step #13 Turn off the oven, but let the cake stand in the oven for another 10 mins or more, then take it out to let it cool.
Step #14 Dust the cake with cocoa powder & serve.
