Ingredients
  • 1/4 zucchini .
  • 1/4 bell pepper .
  • 10 water chestnuts .
  • 1/4 tomato .
  • 1/4 yellow squash .
  • 1/4 cucumber .
  • 1 oz red onions .
  • 5 mushrooms .
  • 1 oz dried blueberries .
  • 2 1/2 c salad greens .
  • 2 oz tofu

Directions
  • Step #1 Chop or slice veggies, keep the tofu or sub with any other protein, mix everything together, add or subtract any other veggies you'd like, good with feta cheese! Use whatever dressing you'd like.
  • Step #2 Easily doubled, tripled.
