T-bones With Garlic-thyme Butter Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsps butter, softened .
  • 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce .
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced .
  • 2 (1 lb) beef t-bone steaks, cut 1 inch thick .
  • 1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce .
  • 1 tbsp finely sliced fresh thyme or basil or rosemary

Directions
  • Step #1 In a small bowl stir this together butter,garlic,rosemary,Worchestershire sauce & pepper sauce.
  • Step #2 Shape into a 2 inch long roll.
  • Step #3 Wrap in a plastic wrap.
  • Step #4 Refrigerate until needed.
  • Step #5 Lightly sprinkle steaks with salt & black pepper to taste.
  • Step #6 coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Step #7 preheat grill to medium-direct heat.
  • Step #8 grill steaks uncovered to desired doneness,turning once halfway through grill.
  • Step #9 (Allow 11-14 min for medium rare or 13-16 mins for medium).
  • Step #10 Cut steaks into serving pieces.
  • Step #11 Top each piece with some of the butter.
