- 1/2 c dry white wine .
- 1/4 c butter .
- salt .
- Tabasco sauce .
- pepper .
- 1 c crab, picked over to remove cartilage .
- 1 (10 oz) package Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
- Step #1 Combine cheeses in saucepan with butter & wine.
- Step #2 Stir over low heat/flame until cheeses melt.
- Step #3 Stir in crab & continue cooking to heat through.
- Step #4 Add salt, pepper & Tabasco to taste.
- Step #5 Pour into serving dish & serve this with crackers or crudites.
