Cheddar Crab Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (8 oz) package Velveeta cheese, sliced .
  • 1/2 c dry white wine .
  • 1/4 c butter .
  • salt .
  • Tabasco sauce .
  • pepper .
  • 1 c crab, picked over to remove cartilage .
  • 1 (10 oz) package Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine cheeses in saucepan with butter & wine.
  • Step #2 Stir over low heat/flame until cheeses melt.
  • Step #3 Stir in crab & continue cooking to heat through.
  • Step #4 Add salt, pepper & Tabasco to taste.
  • Step #5 Pour into serving dish & serve this with crackers or crudites.
