• 3 c bittersweet chocolate chips .
• 1 2/3 c whole milk .
• OPTIONAL .
• 1/4 c sugar .
• 1 (13 1/2 oz) can unsweetened coconut milk .
• 1 3/4 c heavy cream .
• marshmallows, for serving

• Step #1 In a small saucepan, mix coconut milk & sugar & heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar; keep warm.
• Step #2 In a medium saucepan, mix the cream & whole milk & bring to a simmer.
• Step #3 Add the chocolate chips & remove this from the heat.
• Step #4 Let stand, stirring every once in awhile, until the chocolate is melted; whisk until smooth.
• Step #5 Pour the chocolate into 8 mugs & spoon some of the coconut milk on top.
• Step #6 Garnish with the marshmallows & serve.
