- 20 oz crushed pineapple .
- 2 (3 oz) packages lime Jell-O gelatin
Directions
- Step #1 For first layer, prepare 1 package of Jello according to directions; pour this into mold & chill until set.
- Step #2 For 2nd layer, whip cream cheese with a few drops of milk.
- Step #3 Drain pineapple well, reserving juice.
- Step #4 Mix pineapple into cream cheese.
- Step #5 Prepare Jello using 1 c of water & 1 c pineapple juice; fold into cheese mixture.
- Step #6 Pour into mold over first layer.
- Step #7 Chill until well set.
