Grilled T-bone Steaks Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps red wine vinegar .
  • 1 tbsp McCormick's Montreal Brand steak seasoning .
  • 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil .
  • 2 tbsps brown sugar .
  • 2 beef t-bone steaks (1 in thick) .
  • 1/2 c light soy sauce .
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder .
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice .
  • 1/2 c water .
  • 1/2 tsp chipotle hot sauce .
  • 1/4 tsp pepper .
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, smashed

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large resealable plastic bag, mix the first 11 ingredients.
  • Step #2 Add steaks.
  • Step #3 Seal the bag & turn to coat.
  • Step #4 Refrigerate overnight, turning as often as you can.
  • Step #5 (I actually marinaded my for a day & a 1/2.
  • Step #6 ).
  • Step #7 Drain & discard marinade.
  • Step #8 Grill steaks, a meat thermometer should read 145 degrees, medium, 160 degrees, over high heat for about 5 mins on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, well-done 170 degrees).
