- 2 tsps milk .
- 4 tbsps butter (seperated) .
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese .
- 3 1/2 c powdered sugar, sifted .
- 1 3/4 c flaked coconut
Directions
- Step #1 Melt 2 Tbls butter in skillet; add coconut.
- Step #2 Stir constantly while cooking over low heat/flame until golden brown.
- Step #3 Spread coconut on absorbent paper to cool.
- Step #4 Cream remaining butter with cream cheese.
- Step #5 Add milk, then beat in sugar slowly.
- Step #6 Blend in vanilla & stir in the coconut.
- Step #7 Spread on cake.
