7 Layer Salad - Low Fat Version Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c green peppers, sliced .
  • 1/2 c celery, sliced .
  • 1 c frozen peas, thawed .
  • 1/4 c light mayonnaise or Miracle Whip .
  • 1/4 c green onions, sliced .
  • 4 oz shredded low-fat cheese .
  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, sliced .
  • 4 (1 g) packets Splenda sugar substitute

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large salad bowl, celery, onions, layer lettuce, pepper & peas.
  • Step #2 Spread mayonnaise on top.
  • Step #3 Sprinkle top with Splenda, then top this with cheese.
  • Step #4 Cover up tightly & put in the fridge at least 4 hrs & up to 24 hrs.
