Ingredients
3 eggs .
1 (500 g) package savoiardi lady finger cookies .
1 1/2 c strong coffee (or 6 espresso's) .
3/4 c sugar .
250 g mascarpone or cream cheese .
1 liter Cool Whip (large container) .
1 oz Kahlua (to taste,can also use Bailey's or Amaretto) .
unsweetened cocoa
Directions
Step #1 Beat the 3 eggs with 3/4 c sugar for about 5 mins.
Step #2 Beat in the mascarapone cheese until mixed inches.
Step #3 Fold in Cool Whip & set this aside.
Step #4 In another bowl mix the espresso coffee with the liqueur.
Step #5 Take each lady finger cookie, one at a time, & dip it into the coffee mixture on both sides & then layer the bottom of a 9 x 13 glass pan.
Step #6 Pour one half of the cream mixture over top of the ladyfingers.
Step #7 Sprinkle top cocoa on top.
Step #8 Make another layer of dipped ladyfingers on top of the cream mixture.
Step #9 Pour the rest of the cream mixture over this second layer of ladyfingers.
Step #10 Sprinkle top the top this with cocoa.
Step #11 Cover up with Saran Wrap & put in the fridge at least 3 to 4 hrs (or overnight) before serving.
