Ingredients
  • 2 c cooked white rice, cold .
  • 1 egg .
  • 1/2 c green onions, sliced .
  • 2 tbsps soy sauce .
  • 1 tbsp water .
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper .
  • 1 c cooked chicken, sliced .
  • 1/2 c bean sprouts .
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil .
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions
  • Step #1 In a small bowl, beat egg with water.
  • Step #2 Melt butter In a large-ish skillet over medium low heat.
  • Step #3 Add egg & leave flat for 1 to 2 mins.
  • Step #4 Remove from skillet & cut into shreds.
  • Step #5 Heat oil in same skillet; add onion & saute until soft.
  • Step #6 Add rice, sporouts, soy sauce, pepper & chicken.
  • Step #7 Stir fry together for about 5 mins, then stir in the egg.
  • Step #8 Serve hot.
