White Choc Cherry Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten .
  • 1/2 c self raising flour .
  • 125 g unsalted butter, sliced .
  • 240 g white chocolate, sliced .
  • 240 g extra white chocolate, sliced .
  • 3/4 c plain flour .
  • 3 (55 g) cherry ripe bars .
  • 3/4 c caster sugar .
  • icing sugar, to decorate .
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
  • Step #1 grease square cake pan 23cm.
  • Step #2 line with baking paper.
  • Step #3 place butter chocolate in pan & sir over low heat/flame til melted & smooth without boiling.
  • Step #4 stir in the sugar.
  • Step #5 allow this to cool 5 min.
  • Step #6 stir in the eggs vanilla extract sifted flours extra sliced chocolate.
  • Step #7 spread in pan.
  • Step #8 cut chocolate bars into strips & place evenly on top & press down slightly.
  • Step #9 cook in 180 degrees oven.
  • Step #10 35min til golden brown cool in pan.
  • Step #11 turn out slice trim edges & cut into squares dust with icing sugar.
