Triple Chocolate Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp salt .
  • 1/2 c white chocolate chips .
  • 2 tsps powdered sugar, for garnish .
  • 2 tbsps flour .
  • 12 oz bittersweet chocolate (Good Quality) .
  • 6 eggs .
  • 2 tbsps butter .
  • 1 1/2 c flour .
  • 1 3/4 c superfine sugar .
  • 1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips .
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract .
  • 1 1/2 c butter (3 Sticks)

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step #2 Generously grease a 9 x 11 1/4 baking dish & line with parchment paper.
  • Step #3 Melt the butter & bittersweet chocolate In a large-ish heavy saucepan over low heat/flame.
  • Step #4 Remove from heat & let cool slightly.
  • Step #5 In a large bowl beat the eggs with the sugar & vanilla extract.
  • Step #6 Add the slightly cooled chocolate mixture to the eggs & sugar & beat well.
  • Step #7 Fold in the flour & salt.
  • Step #8 Stir in the white chocolate chips & the semisweet chocolate chips.
  • Step #9 Pour batter into prepared pan.
  • Step #10 Bake for about 25 mins or until the top dries to a slightly paler brown speckle with the middle remains dark, dense & gooey.
  • Step #11 Do not overbake.
  • Step #12 The difference between gooey brownies & dry ones is only a few mins.
  • Step #13 Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
