Step #1 Soak rice noodles in a bowl of hot water for 20 mins.
Step #2 Drain well.
Step #3 Cut onion into 1/4 inch strips.
Step #4 Heat the oil in a wok, add the onion & cook on high heat until onion is soft.
Step #5 (1-2 min).
Step #6 Add curry powder, salt & noodles.
Step #7 Mix well.
Step #8 Add the peas, coconut milk & soy sauce, toss to mix.
Step #9 Reduce heat, cover & cook on low for 3 mins.
Step #10 Stir in pork & heat for another 1-2 min (until pork is warm).
