• 1/4 c lemon juice .
• 1 tsp sugar .
• 2 tbsps worcestershire sauce .
• 1/2 c butter, melted .
• 1 tbsp liquid smoke .
• 1 tsp salt .
• 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper .
• 2 tbsps red wine vinegar

• Step #1 put all ingredients in medium bowl whisk together till well mixed.
• Step #2 marinade steaks 4 to 10 hrs.
