  • 4 gallons beef stock (home made or bought) .
  • 2 quarts worcestershire sauce .
  • 3/4 c msg (optional) .
  • 1/4 c bay leaf powder .
  • 3/4 c paprika .
  • 2 quarts oil .
  • 1/2 c chili powder .
  • 2 quarts vinegar .
  • 1/2 c garlic powder

Directions
  • Step #1 mix all ingredients let sit overnight.
  • Step #2 use to baste barbecued meats.
