- 1 c grated cheddar cheese .
- salt & pepper .
- 1/2 c chicken broth .
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced thin .
- 1 c heavy cream
Directions
- Step #1 Simmer the garlic with the broth & cream in a sauce pan for about 5 mins.
- Step #2 Grease a casserole pan & put half the potatoes in - sprinkle with salt & pepper & 3/4 of cheese.
- Step #3 Do another layer & pour mixture all over & bake this at 350°.
- Step #4 Sprinkle top on remaining cheese & bake another 15 mins or until golden & bubbly.
- Step #5 Now enjoy :-).
