Fennel & Tomato Salad With Orange Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp balsamic vinegar .
1 tsp brown sugar .
1 tsp sesame oil .
2 baby fennel, finely sliced the bulb .
1 tbsp soy sauce .
1 orange, freshly squeezed .
2 small tomatoes, finely sliced

Directions

Step #1 Slice fennel & tomatoes & place them on a serving bowl or plater that could hold dressing, set aside.
Step #2 For the dressing add juiced orange, brown sugar, sesame oil & balsamic vinegar in a separate small bowl then whisk until sugar has dissolved.
Step #3 Pour dressing over the sliced fennel & tomatoes & serve as soon as possible.
