Corn Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c sliced onion
  • 1 (8.5 oz) package dry corn muffin mix
  • 1 (4 oz) can sliced green chilies, drained
  • 1 (8 oz) container sour cream
  • 1/4 c butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (15.25 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (15 oz) can cream-style corn

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Grease a 2 quart casserole dish.
  • Step #3 In a large mixing bowl, cream style corn, mix eggs, sour cream & melted butter.
  • Step #4 Stir in whole kernel corn, cheese, onion & chilies.
  • Step #5 Stir in the corn muffin mix until just moistened.
  • Step #6 Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 75 mins; or until an inserted knife comes out clean & the top is golden.
  • Step #7 Let stand 5 mins before serving.
