Orange Rosemary Grilled Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp onions, minced .
  • 2 tbsps olive oil .
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes .
  • 1 tbsp rosemary, fresh & minced .
  • 2 oranges, juice of .
  • 1 garlic clove, minced .
  • 16 oz pork tenderloins, cut into medallions

Directions
  • Step #1 NOTE: Most of the time is for marinading time.
  • Step #2 Actual work time (putting it together & then cooking) is about 30 mins.
  • Step #3 Cut tenderloin into 11/2" thick medallions.
  • Step #4 Mix remaining ingredients together & pour this into a ziplock bag.
  • Step #5 Put tenderloin in marinade & mix around well, being sure to coat meat thoroughly.
  • Step #6 Put in fridge for at least 4 hrs, but the flavours infuse better when left overnight.
  • Step #7 When ready to cook.
  • Step #8 Heat your grill & remove medallions from marinade, disgarding marinade, & grill on med/high until done.
  • Step #9 About 15 minuites.
