Mexican Bubble Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 c lettuce, shredded .
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz) package old el paso taco seasoning mix .
  • 3 green onions, sliced, if desired .
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced .
  • 3/4 c water .
  • 1 c old el paso thick 'n chunky salsa .
  • 1 (8 oz) container sour cream .
  • 1 (17 1/3 oz) can pillsbury grands put in the fridged corn biscuits or 1 (16 1/3 oz) can Pillsbury Grands put in the fridged buttermilk biscuits .
  • 1 (2 1/4 oz) can sliced ripe olives, drained .
  • 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef .
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese .
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed tomato soup

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 Heat oven to 375°F Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat for 8 to 10 mins or until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently.
  • Step #3 Drain.
  • Step #4 Add taco seasoning mix, water & soup; mix well.
  • Step #5 Bring to a boil.
  • Step #6 Reduce heat to low; simmer 3 mins.
  • Step #7 Remove from heat.
  • Step #8 2.
  • Step #9 Separate dough into 8 biscuits.
  • Step #10 Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces.
  • Step #11 Add pieces to ground beef mixture; stir carefully.
  • Step #12 Spoon mixture into ungreased 13x9-inch pan.
  • Step #13 3.
  • Step #14 Bake at 375°F for 18 to 23 mins or until sauce is bubbly & biscuits are golden brown.
  • Step #15 Remove from oven.
  • Step #16 Sprinkle top with cheese.
  • Step #17 Return to oven; bake an extra 8 to 10 mins or until cheese is bubbly.
  • Step #18 4.
  • Step #19 To serve, cut pizza into 8 squares.
  • Step #20 Top each serving with lettuce, salsa, tomatoes, olives, sour cream & onions.
