Ingredients
  • 2 tsps salt .
  • 2 (14 oz) cans low-fat chicken broth .
  • 2 tbsps dried chives .
  • 2 tsps garlic powder .
  • 3 large potatoes (not peeled)

Directions
  • Step #1 Bring Low Fat Chicken Broth to a boil.
  • Step #2 Add potatoes -- cover & cook this until tender.
  • Step #3 Drain, reserving the broth.
  • Step #4 Place potatoes back in pan & smash.
  • Step #5 We like to leave some lumps.
  • Step #6 Slowly add 1 c of the broth; stir in the the garlic, salt & chives.
  • Step #7 Mix together.
  • Step #8 Add more broth until desired consistency.
