- 1 c sugar .
- 2 eggs .
- 3 tsps baking soda .
- 1/4 c vegetable oil .
- 3 medium very ripe bananas .
- 1 dash salt .
- 1/2 c buttermilk
Directions
- Step #1 Puree bananas for 15-20 seconds in a food processor/blender.
- Step #2 Add sugar, soda & salt.
- Step #3 Process for 20 seconds.
- Step #4 Add eggs & oil;mix.
- Step #5 Add flour, process for 20 seconds.
- Step #6 Add buttermilk & process until smooth.
- Step #7 Spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Step #8 Pour in batter.
- Step #9 Bake in the middle of the oven a 275 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs or until done, (long baking time at low temp is correct).
