Reuben Pierogi Bake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 oz deli corned beef, sliced thin & sliced .
  • 1 c sauerkraut, drained well .
  • 4 oz swiss cheese (shredded or sliced thin) .
  • 1/3 c thousand island dressing .
  • 16 oz frozen pierogi (I like to use Mrs. T's brand)

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat over to 425F degrees.
  • Step #2 In a saucepan, bring 2 quarts of water to a boil; add pierogies & cook for about 5 mins or until they float.
  • Step #3 Drain & transfer pierogies into a greased 10 inch round baking dish.
  • Step #4 Layer on top of the pierogies: corned beef, sauerkraut, dressing & end with the swiss cheese.
  • Step #5 Bake for 10 mins or until pierogies are hot & cheese melts.
