Chicken Thighs & Herbs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 (3 oz) chicken thighs .
  • salt, to taste .
  • oregano, to taste .
  • paprika, to taste .
  • 2 tbsps butter or margarine .
  • 1 c dry white wine or red wine, can use chicken stock .
  • garlic powder, to taste .
  • 1/4 lb flour .
  • 1 tsp shallots, sliced .
  • pepper, to taste .
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, sliced .
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves, sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Dredge chicken in flour seasoned with salt, paprika, garlic, pepper, & oregano.
  • Step #2 In a large skillet, brown chicken in hot butter or margarine.
  • Step #3 Sprinkle top the browned chicken with herbs.
  • Step #4 Add wine of choice or broth, cover & let simmer for 30 mins.
