Wilbur Cocoa Marshmallow Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c Dutch-processed cocoa powder .
  • 1/2 c flour .
  • 3 eggs .
  • 1 c sugar .
  • 1 tsp baking powder .
  • 1/2 c water .
  • 1 pinch salt .
  • 5 tbsps marshmallow whip

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 325F degrees.
  • Step #2 Put the Wilbur cocoa & sugar into bowl.
  • Step #3 Add the water & mix until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Step #4 Separate the eggs & beat the yolks until light.
  • Step #5 Add to the Wilbur cocoa, sugar & water.
  • Step #6 Sift the flour & baking powder & salt into mixture.
  • Step #7 Beat the whites of eggs until dry & add lightly to the mixture.
  • Step #8 Line two jelly tins with paper, pour in the mixture & bake 20 mins.
  • Step #9 Remove the paper & spread marshmallow whip onto a layer of cake.
  • Step #10 Put cake layers together.
