Unbelievable Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream! Machine Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 oz Andes mints candies, coarsely sliced .
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract .
  • 2 c fat-free half-and-half .
  • 2 drops green food coloring (optional) .
  • 1 (1 1/3 oz) envelope whipped dessert topping mix .
  • 1 (14 oz) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk

Directions
  • Step #1 In a small mixing bowl, milk, whipped topping mix, beat the half-and-half, extract & food coloring on high speed for 3 mins.
  • Step #2 Cover up & put in the fridge overnight.
  • Step #3 Pour into the cylinder of an ice cream freezer.
  • Step #4 Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
  • Step #5 Stir in chocolate.
  • Step #6 Allow to firm up in refrigerator freezer for 24 hrs before serving.
