• 1/2 tsp salt .
• 2 tsps cinnamon .
• 1/2 c coconut .
• 2 eggs (beaten) .
• 2 tsps baking soda .
• 1/2 c whole wheat flour .
• 1/4 c milk .
• 1/4 tsp cloves .
• 1/2 c raisins .
• 2 c shredded peeled apples .
• 1 c sugar .
• 1 1/2 c flour .
• 2 tsps vanilla .
• 1/2 c sliced walnuts .
• 1/2 c shredded carrots .
• 3/4 c oil

• Step #1 In a large bowl mix & mix well the first 7 ingredients.
• Step #2 Gently stir in theto the dry ingredients the apples, raisins, carrots, coconut, & walnuts.
• Step #3 In a medium bowl mix & mix well the eggs, milk, oil, & vanilla.
• Step #4 Gently stir in theto the rest of the batter stirring in one direction only.
• Step #5 Fill paper line muffin tins 3/4 full.
• Step #6 Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 min.
• Step #7 Remove & serve warm.
