Directions
- Step #1 Peel, seed & finely dice the cucumber.
- Step #2 Using a colander, squeeze out any excess water from the cucumber chunks.
- Step #3 Place in a bowl & mix will with the dill.
- Step #4 Blend in the remaining ingredients & mix thoroughly.
- Step #5 Cover up & chill in the fridge.
