Pork Diane Skillet Supper Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c sliced fresh mushrooms .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 2 tbsps all-purpose flour .
  • 2 tsps worcestershire sauce .
  • 1/2 c sliced green onions .
  • 1 lb pork tenderloins, cut crosswise into 1/4 inch slices .
  • 2 tbsps margarine or butter .
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can chicken broth, divided .
  • 1/8 tsp pepper .
  • 8 small red potatoes, quartered

Directions
  • Step #1 melt butter or margarine in skillet or dutch oven.
  • Step #2 Add pork slices, cook 3 - 5 mins.
  • Step #3 Must be brown on both sides.
  • Step #4 remove & keep warm.
  • Step #5 Set aside 1/4 c broth.
  • Step #6 With worcestershire sause, salt, pepper & potatoes place remaining broth in pan.
  • Step #7 Boil, then reduce heat & let simmer until potatoes are tender.
  • Step #8 Stir in mushrooms, onions & meat.
  • Step #9 Cover up.
  • Step #10 Simmer until pork has no pink left in center (minimum 5 mins).
  • Step #11 Combine flour & broth that had been set aside, mix until smooth.
  • Step #12 Slowly stir in theto pan.
  • Step #13 Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until mixture is thickened.
