Ingredients
  • 6 c Fritos corn chips .
  • 1 medium onion (I often substitute onion powder) .
  • 1 lb ground beef .
  • 1 (19 oz) can tomato soup .
  • 1 c cheddar cheese (Shredded) .
  • 1 (4 oz) can green chilies .
  • 1 c frozen corn .
  • 1 (15 oz) can chili beans (spicy & undrained)

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook ground beef & onions on medium high until done.
  • Step #2 Drain.
  • Step #3 Add tomato soup, corn, chili beans, & chilis.
  • Step #4 Bring mixture to a boil then reduce heat & cover.
  • Step #5 Simmer for about 10 mins.
  • Step #6 Spoon into bowl & top this with a sprinkle of cheese.
  • Step #7 Serve with fritos on the side.
  • Step #8 **** I add a good bit of chili powder & tend to simmer it longer when I make it ****.
