Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°F Coat a baking pan with olive oil cooking spray.
Step #2 Spice up chicken lightly with salt & pepper & place this in baking dish; set aside.
Step #3 Combine peanut butter, soy sauce & water (if you like thinner sauce add 1-2 tbsp more water) & stir until smooth & well mixed (or microwave on high 30 seconds).
Step #4 Spoon mixture over the chicken, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step #5 Bake for 20-30 mins or until the chicken is no longer pink inside.
