3 tbsps garlic powder, about 3 T. on roast, & more in pan .
Gravy .
4 tbsps dried rosemary .
3 tbsps Gravy Master .
salt, to taste .
1/2 c cold water .
1/2 c olive oil .
5-6 lbs pork roast, bone in .
4 tbsps lime juice
Directions
Step #1 Sprinkle top the roast with lime juice, then liberally with garlic powder, putting some all over the bottom of the pan, so it will make a nice gravy.
Step #2 Pat on the rosemary, all over the roast.
Step #3 Pour olive oil over every side of the roast, & rub it in, then sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Step #4 Bake the roast in a lg.
Step #5 cast iron frying pan, at 350 for 2 1/2 hrs.
Step #6 When done remove the roast to a dish, & put it back in the oven, on warm, while you prepare the gravy.
Step #7 To Make Gravy:.
Step #8 Drain the fat out of the pan.
Step #9 Add about 5 Celsius of water.
Step #10 Add 1 pkg.
Step #11 of McCormick Gravy Mix to the pan drippings, & mix inches.
Step #12 Put the heat on med-high.
Step #13 Add about 3/4 Celsius of cornstarch to 1/2 Celsius COLD water.
Step #14 Pour into pan.
Step #15 Add salt & pepper to taste.
Step #16 Let come to a soft boil.
Step #17 If it is too thick, add a little water at a time, until desired consistency is achieved.
Step #18 If it is too thin, add more cornstarch, & water mix.
Step #19 After the roast sits for a few mins.
Step #20 , from the roast dish, you can mix any juice, into the pan of gravy, to give it more flavor.
Step #21 Add about 3 T.
Step #22 Gravy Master, & stir in the well.
