Cream Of Broccoli Supreme Soup Recipe

Ingredients

1 quart half-and-half or milk .
1/2 c mushrooms, sliced .
3 green onions, sliced .
1 (10 1/2 oz) can cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup .
3 tbsps butter .
1 medium head of broccoli, washed & sliced .
2 avocados, peeled & sliced .
salt & pepper .
3 stalks celery, sliced

Directions

Step #1 Saute broccoli, celery, & onions in butter in large kettle.
Step #2 Add mushrooms & cook this until soft.
Step #3 Blend in salt, soup, pepper, & half & half & cook on medium until warm through.
Step #4 Do not boil.
Step #5 Add avocado, stir, & serve.
