12 oz shredded cheese (I use Colby jack or sharp) .
2 (8 oz) packages wonton wrappers .
1/2 c ranch dressing .
1/2 c salsa .
8 oz sour cream .
1 whole sweet onion, sliced finely .
1/4 c jalapenos, to taste
Directions
Step #1 Use mini muffin pans to form the "won ton c".
Step #2 Spray your mini muffin pan with non stick spray & place one won ton wrapper over each space & press into pan with fingers.
Step #3 (Pampered Chef makes a little wooden dowel with round ends on each just for this & works great!) Bake in 350 degree oven till lightly browned & then take out of oven & put on cookie sheet.
Step #4 Repeat until all your won ton wrappers are gone.
Step #5 While your baking the shells brown the sausage & onion together till onion is almost caramelized.
Step #6 Drain grease.
Step #7 Let cool a little bit & add the cheese, sour cream, dry ranch package, sliced jalapeños & salsa.
Step #8 Stir together till all ingredients are well mixd.
Step #9 Spoon mixture into shells & bake in 350 degree oven till bubbly.
