Ingredients
  • 1/2 c all-purpose flour .
  • 1/2 c egg substitute .
  • 2 tbsps canola oil .
  • 2 tsps baking powder .
  • 1 1/2 c fat-free buttermilk .
  • 1 tsp sugar .
  • 1 1/2 c yellow cornmeal .
  • 1 tsp salt .
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Step #2 Grease a 10-inch cast iron skillet.
  • Step #3 Mix all ingredients.
  • Step #4 Beat vigorously 30 seconds.
  • Step #5 Pour batter into pan.
  • Step #6 Bake about 20 mins, until golden brown.
