Dilled Ham And Cauliflower Soup (gluten/casein Free) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c ham, cubed .
  • 1/8 c soy milk .
  • white pepper .
  • 2 c cauliflower florets .
  • 1/4 c fresh dill, handful .
  • garlic powder .
  • 1/2 c green peppers or carrots, sliced (mixed together) .
  • 2 c vegetable broth

Directions
  • Step #1 Boil veggies in broth.
  • Step #2 Add ham after veggies begin to get soft.
  • Step #3 Cover up & put on low until veggies are soft & ham is browned.
  • Step #4 Add spices & dill to taste.
  • Step #5 If desired, mash cauliflower with fork.
  • Step #6 Add soymilk (about 1/8 c.
  • Step #7 ) for desired creaminess just before serving.
