Ingredients
  • 300-400 g smoked fish fillet .
  • 3-4 carrots .
  • 4-5 onions .
  • salt .
  • mayonnaise

Directions
  • Step #1 Cut the onion by semirings & fry on vegetable oil to the light brown color.
  • Step #2 Rub the carrot on the grater, add some salt, sprinkle with the lemon juice & stew to the readiness.
  • Step #3 Clean the fish & dismantle to the pieces.
  • Step #4 Cool the carrot & onion, mix it with the fish & fill by mayonnaise.
  • Step #5 If necessary add some salt.
