Step #1 To make crust, mix crumbs & margarine together thoroughly & press into an 8 or 9 inch pie pan.
Step #2 Set aside.
Step #3 To make filling, water & sugar into a saucepan, heat to boiling, then cook at a boil for 10 mins, put cranberries, stirring every once in awhile.
Step #4 Remove from heat & add gelatin mixture, stirring until dissolved.
Step #5 Add cream cheese, ricotta & vanilla, mixing well until mixed.
Step #6 Some of the cranberries will break up.
Step #7 Pour filling into crust & put in the fridge until firm, approximately 3-4 hrs.
Step #8 Garnish, if you wish, with cranberries.
