Step #1 In a large freezer bag or bowl, mix bread crumbs, club house parmesan & herbs, rosemary & seasoning salt.
Step #2 Set aside.
Step #3 In seperate bowl, beat egg & oil untill well mixed.
Step #4 Thoroughly dip & coat each chicken piece in the egg mixture then in the bread mixture by shaking it in the freezer bag or turning several times in the bowl of bread crumb mixture.
Step #5 Bake at 350 F in a shallow baking dish covered with tin foil wrap for 1 hr.
Step #6 Remove cover & continue baking for 15 mins or broil on top rack to brown for approximately 1 min.
