Turkey Vegetable Chili Mac (crock Pot) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c frozen corn .
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced .
  • 3/4 lb ground turkey breast .
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can no-salt-added sliced tomatoes, undrained .
  • 1/3 c reduced-fat sour cream .
  • 1 tsp Mexican seasoning .
  • 1/2 c elbow macaroni, uncooked .
  • 1/2 c onions, sliced .
  • 1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed & drained .
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can canned Mexican style stewed tomatoes, undrained

Directions
  • Step #1 Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Step #2 Add turkey; cook this until browned.
  • Step #3 Combine cooked turkey, beans, onion, corn, tomatoes, garlic & seasoning in slow cooker (aka crockpot).
  • Step #4 Cover up & cook on low 4 to 5 hrs.
  • Step #5 Stir in macaroni.
  • Step #6 Cover up & cook 10 mins; stir.
  • Step #7 Cover up & cook 20 to 30 mins or until pasta is tender.
  • Step #8 Serve with sour cream.
